At CTS Internet, we believe that providing great, cost effective
products is only the beginning. What about support? If a problem
occurs, how quickly can you get help? CTS Internet provides you a
number of ways to get an answer quickly and efficiently. This site has
been developed to aid in any technical difficulties you may face as
well as provide access to the tools you need to manage your service.
We're currently moving our support site to a new server. In the mean
time, some function may not yet work... for others, you will be
redirected to our old support site.
If
you are experiencing issues you can't find answers to on-line or can't
correct yourself, please contact our support staff.
Please submit an e-mail request PRIOR to calling support. This will
aid in speeding your support resolution. Issues that can be handled
on-line but called in may be subject to a service fee of $25.00 per
incident.
